Tickets

Are there discounts for selected groups?

Pupils and students receive a discounted price via eurohockey2024.ticket.io. Proof of eligibility must be shown on site.

Are there offers for groups?

Discounted group tickets can be purchased at eurohockey2024.ticket.io. However, this offer is limited.

Do I have to bring my ticket printed out?

There are two ticket options - online and hard copy. If you have chosen the paper version when purchasing, you must bring this ticket with you and show it at the entrance.

Is my ticket valid for the whole day?

Yes, the tickets are always valid for the whole day and not just for individual matches.

Are there tournament tickets?

Yes there are - eurohockey2024.ticket.io

I want to exchange/cancel my tickets - what do I have to do?

Please contact the ticket provider directly. You will find the contact details in your booking confirmation.

Journey

What is the best way to arrive?

We advise our visitors and fans to travel by public transport. There is an underground and S-Bahn station not far from the Horst-Kober-Sportzentrum:  

Underground: Olympiastadion

S-Bahn: Pichelsberg

Are there parking spaces on site?

There are some public car parks and parking areas in the vicinity of the hall, some of which are subject to charges. However, these are not managed or rented by the DHB, so we have no influence on opening times, prices etc.

Is there a free choice of seats?

There is a free choice of seats within the booked block.

Can I take children with me?

Children under the age of 6 can travel free of charge, but are not entitled to a seat. Pupils and students receive reduced tickets. These can be obtained online at eurohockey2024.ticket.io. Proof of eligibility must be shown on site

Can I take dogs with me?

No, dogs are not allowed.

Can I take food and drinks with me?

Please refrain from bringing your own food and drinks.

We offer a wide range of food and drinks for our fans at the EuroHockey Indoor Championship 2024. These may be consumed in the foyer area. Food and drinks are not permitted in the hall or on the stands.

Am I allowed to take bags with me?

Bags up to a size of 25 litres may be taken into the hall. Luggage may not be taken into the hall.

Am I allowed to take umbrellas with me?

For safety reasons, umbrellas may not be taken into the hall. Small umbrellas must be stowed in a handbag.

Where can I buy merchandise?

There will be a small merchandise stand in the hall. We recommend all hockey fans to stock up on merchandise in advance via the online shop: ONLINESHOP des Deutsche Hockey-Bund e. V. – DHB Shop

Can I leave the stadium between matches?

Yes, when you leave the stadium you will receive a stamp which you can use to get back into the stadium.

Can I buy something to eat and drink in the hall?

There will be a selection of hot and cold food and drinks in the hall.
